Basic Delivery Information

Our delivery charges to UK Mainland are tiered as follows:

  • Standard Delivery: about 2-3 working days (Mon-Fri)
  • £9.95 for orders below £19.99
  • £4.95 for orders between £20.00 to £30.00
  • £3.29 for orders between £30.01 to £49.99
  • FREE DELIVERY on orders over £50.00
  • Maximum weight for each order would be 30kg. Anything above this and you will be contacted with bulk shipment rates prior to order being processed.

Our delivery charges to Islands of Scotland, Highlands and Northern Ireland  are as follows:

  • postcodes AB31-38, AB41-56, BT, HS, KA27-28, FK17-21, KW, PA20-78, PH15-50, ZE, IM, IV, TR21-25
  • Standard Delivery is about 3-5 working days (Mon-Fri)
  • £20.5 for orders below £19.99
  • £20.5 for orders between £20.00 to £30.00
  • £14.45 for orders between £30.01 – £49.99
  • £7.85 on orders over £50.00
  • Maximum weight for each order would be 30kg. Anything above this and you will be contacted with bulk shipment rates prior to order being processed.

All customers can view the details and status of their orders online to see if their order has been confirmed, is in the progress of being prepared or dispatched. This information is available by logging into ‘My Account’. You will receive an email when your items have been dispatched with an update as to when you will receive your order.

If you believe your parcel has been lost in the post, please contact our Customer Services team or Courier company to investigate what has happened to your parcel.

Orders exceeding 30KG

If you exceed 30KG in any one purchase we will contact you to discuss our Bulk Shipment rates. If you have any questions on this prior to placing your order, please contact us now to arrange a call back.

Availability of product

If a product you have ordered is unavailable, we would NOT dispatch alternative product. You may instruct us to dispatch an alternative product by contacting our Customer Services team so we can advise you on the next step to take.

DHL Delivery – Other Others with Frozen / Chilled Items

For other postcodes that are not normally covered by our own local driver, your order will be delivered by DHL with a Next Day Service.

1. When you place an order with Frozen / Chilled items, please kindly add Polystyrene Box & Hydrated Pads as an item to your shopping basket. Each Polystyrene Box can take up to 10KG Frozen Items. Please note that we would not dispatch Frozen / Chilled orders without the extra surcharge as stated.

2. We will only dispatch Frozen / Chilled Orders from Monday through Wednesday on a Next Day Delivery Service. All orders made after the cut-off time on Wednesday will be dispatched the next Monday.

3. For postcodes in Zone 2, DHL will charge extra. It might also take longer time to deliver (most risk of defrost). For postcodes in Zone 3 and Zone 4, there is No Next Day Delivery Service Available, so we will not normally send Frozen / Chilled Items to these addresses. In these cases, we will contact you to discuss.

4. If delivery is delayed (any reason including (but not limited): delivery failed, no one at the address, telecom issue, or courier issues), and causing item defrost, WaNaHong would not bare the responsibility and it is no refund. Please be advised that frozen products would be defrosted/ could be spoiled during delivery. Please re-consider before purchase. We do not advise you to consume the defrosted item. 

5. Upon arrival please keep it refrigerated and used within 12 hours or manufacturer’s guidelines, whichever is soonest. Defrosted item may not be suitable to consume.

6. If the order is overweight, and if there is ambient dry item in the order, other items could be delivered by another courier.

Canned Item

1. We would normally place the canned item into an inner box or wrap with cushioning material for protection purposes. If you would like us to pay extra care on your items, please put a note when you checkout.

2. Canned item could be dented due to external forces or internal bumping during delivery. Insurance company would not consider it as major defect and hence there would be no refund on these cases. Please kindly consider before purchasing. 

Failed Delivery

1. Please ensure you provide a correct and suitable delivery address for the specified delivery method. If delivery is failed due to incomplete or wrong address, no one in home, blocked access, telecom issue, etc, there would be additional charge for redelivery.

2. For rejected delivery, there would be £14 delivery charge for delivery and return delivery. It would be deducted from the refund.
