• 1 small chicken, (1.5Ibs) cut into pieces
• 2 cup fresh coconut milk (or 200m1 thick coconut milk and 200m1 water)
1. Boil chicken. Allow 2 cups of broth to remain in the pot.
2. Add bamboe instant spices, turn to low heat until fragrant and the meat is tender.
3. Add the coconut milk, stir, continue simmer to enhance flavor. Serve hot.
