Wheat Flour, Cornstarch, Salt, Sugar, Rice Flour, Baking Powder (Bumt Ammonium Alum, Sodium Bicarbonate, Wheat Flour), Guar Gum, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Gardenia Yellow (Gardenia Yellow, Maltodextrin).

Cooking Direction:

  1. Combine 500g of pancake mix with 800ml of water in the mixing bowl and stir.
  2. Cut vegetables and/or seafood into bite sized pieces and stir into pancake mixture.
  3. Heat a small amount of oil in skillet and pour in desire amount of pancake mixture. Cook 3-4 minutes on each side or to desired crispiness.

For best results, completely remove water from surface of vegetables or seefood.

For scispier panckes, pur a thinner layer of mix into the pan and press down the pancake as it cooks.
